Susannah is finishing her last year of college at Asbury where she majored in Psychology. She applied for the part-time position as a Guest Experience Expert because the family atmosphere was welcoming and appealing. Susannah enjoys interacting and chatting with guests as they check in and out of their appointments.

In her free time, she likes adventuring with her dog, spending time with friends and watching romcoms.
