Faq’s & Policies

  • Check in

    Please complete the Client Intake Form prior to your arrival for your first appointment at BaK 4 More. We will ask you to update this form annually. New massage clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the reservation to fill out necessary paperwork. 

  • Late Check in

    We understand that "life happens"; however, we ask you please arrive on time for your appointment due to our salon professionals' high demand of time. Being 15 minutes or more late, may result in a forfeit of your appointment and a cancelation fee may be incurred. 

    To ensure promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes or later to another convenient time. 

    Visitors/Children

    BaK 4 More welcomes all visitors and well-behaved children when the guest has an appointment scheduled. 

  • Payment

    BaK 4 More accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple & Samsung Pay, personal checks and cash for payment of services and products. For your convenience, you may provide a credit card to keep on file for contactless service.

    Returned checks may be assessed up to a $35 fee. Prices may vary depending on the level service provider and product used.

    Hair consultations are free of charge. We encourage 
    all our guests to solicit a price quote from our designers before having a service performed. It is our goal that you feel comfortable with pricing so that we can provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you!
     

  • Gratuities

    Gratuity is not included in any service and is always appreciated! 15% Gratuity will be added to all bridal packages. 

  • Discounts/Promotions

    Promotions may not be combined. Product discount not eligible on styling tools. Visit our Guest Perks for information on our current promotions.

  • Cancellations

    Your time is valuable, as is ours; and we understand things may come up. Please give at least a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules by calling or texting 859-264-1353.

    A guest who has 2 no-show appointments or cancellations without providing a 48-hour notice, will be required to provide a credit card to remain on file before scheduling a future appointment.

    Any future no-show appointment or lack of 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.

  • Returns/Refunds

    We stand behind our products but should you be dissatisfied with any hair care purchased at BaK 4 More, we will gladly refund or exchange it for another product of your choice if returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued on the same tender type used to make the purchase. A product may be exchanged or store credit issued for returns beyond 7 days of purchase at the discretion of the manager. No returns accepted after 14 days from purchase date. Gift certificates, spa packages, prepaid series packages and gratuities are non-refundable; however, they may be transferable.

    All sales of styling tools and hair brushes are final in accordance with health department standards.

    Hair design is an art. We encourage our designers to explore their creativity through this art while serving you, the guest.
