Came in today for haircuts for my wife and 4 year old daughter. The two stylists that took care of them were phenomenal. Cutting a 4 year old's hair sucks, there's no real way around that. But this woman handled her turning her head constantly and getting distracted, had great attention to detail, and even kept her composure after being hurt by her scissors. Didn't even slow her down. The other stylist took excellent care of my wife and made her feel much better about the way she looks. My only regret is not having the money to tip more (or remembering anyone's names, I'm so sorry!)

On June the 3rd i had an appr to color correct my hair. It was a complicated process as my attempt to color my roots and then color correct myself were a disaster. Beth worked on my hair with an assistant for over 4 hours. It was a 4 step process and they were meticulous in their work. I was pampered the whole time, including dinner from a restaurant. I live in Naples, FL but was in Lexington for a week and a friend made the appt. I'm very grateful.

Maria was very nice and did a pretty good job with my color. If I were to give any constructive criticism it would be to make sure the clients’ hair is drier before they leave. I left with a very wet head of hair and there was no styling to it at all. I had to go home and fix it. Other than that it was a good experience.

I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed! Your salon is the best I’ve ever been to in KY! Yall charge the perfect very reasonable price for my pixie haircut! Also your receptionist was so helpful to me with only having one working foot because I had a big foot surgery almost a month ago. She helped me feel comfortable while waiting for Katie to be ready for me, and she also helped me put a trash bag over my big boot so I didn’t get hair all over it. The receptionist, Katie and her intern all helped me have the best self care possible which I really needed from my exhausting foot recovery this past month.

I finally found my salon and hair stylist. Heather is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and hair care. I try to go in every 2 months for what I call, "A day of splendor". Heather will give me a wonderful facial, followed by an indulgent scalp massage that is to die for. Then she washes my hair followed by my usual cut and style. Today I tried a little hair tinsel. Perfect for the season. Everyone should treat themselves on a regular basis!

So it started out a little rough at first because I had a 7 appointment and she did not know what I wanted. Therefore she did not have enough of the product but Emily with how amazing she is came in on a day off due to not being able to do my hair that day. And let me tell you she excelled at what I was hoping and dreaming of. She is one of the absolute best hair stylist I’ve been too, and I moved to Georgetown and make sure I drive to only see her! If you are looking for a new stylist because yours is blah, Emily is not that and is absolutely amazing. She delivers every time she does your hair. She puts all her efforts into making you the best you, you can be.

My hair was in terrible condition; dry, brittle split ends over halfway up the hair shaft of my long hair which fell inches below my shoulders. Because of so many dead ends my dark hair was dull and ashy in appearance. Emily cut about four inches from my length, relayed my hair and cut in curtain bangs and still it was dry, damaged and ashy. Emily applied the Acid Bond Treatment and when she had me sitting back in the styling chair combing my damp hair I knew something had changed. The comb was gliding through my hair! No pulling or tugging! As Emily began to dry my hair she commented on how shiny it was. That was different. Not until she handed me the hand mirror and I got a 360* view did I realize the full transformation of my dry, brittle damaged hair. My hair was super shiny, bouncy and full of life but the most incredible part was the change in color. It was a deep rich tone; no trace of ashy dryness. Touching it is incredible! This treatment will be a regular service for me now!

There is one thing about Heather, this girl knows her regular customers well, that’s why we keep coming back, I have been coming to see heather well one year, she knows what I was trying to accomplish, at one time about one year ago I went to a salon for a bob haircut , no it wasn’t this place, they chopped my hair off, that’s when I found heather I decided to try at let my hair grow one length and then start over, yes it took awhile, heather worked with me thru the growing my hair out, well I finally got there. Tonight I ask her for a bob we decided to go for it, I told her I wanted it short in the back, after a year of growing it out heather said you know you don’t want it that short again, I agreed , heather remembers me coming in the first time. Yes she knows her customers, I left there with the perfect bob and perfect hi lighting job on my hair. Heather is the best.

I have always loved my hair cuts and eyebrow waxes from here, but I did not have a good experience with hair coloring. I came back last week for a redo after my hair was turned orange, and the highlights are choppy and uneven across my head. After 8 hours in the chair over two days and the amount of money I paid, I expected better results. I loved the environment of the salon and the personality/professionalism of my stylist, but after the results of my hair coloring, I can no longer recommend this place to my friends as I will have to look elsewhere to get this fixed.

Absolutely fantastic haircare specialists. Jacqueline is a wealth if knowledge who was able to give me all sorts of pointers and tips that I'd never heard in my nearly 40 years of haircare. They're pricey compared to some places, but about average for higher end salons. And the level of service is worth it if you have unruly (or other) hair issues. Jacqueline also does a great job with eyebrow waxes and spends the additional time to make sure it's thorough and well done. Definitely recommend

I can't say enough about my experience. Kiearra was so knowledgeable. I instantly felt trust with her as a professional. When I asked her opinions she was authentic and honest. She gave me options. She checked and double checked that I was okay with the length that was cut to make sure I was going to be happy. She taught me and went into great depth in breaking down the steps to make sure I could style it like she did. I was told about which products I needed to create my style and was told why and how they work during the process. This wasn't a pushy sale, it was informative and what I needed. I'll be back.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at B4M. The salon was very clean and each staff member was sure to sanitize every little surface after each client. Their hours are awesome and accommodate those with long work days. Jacqueline styled my hair and she is absolutely phenomenal. She greeted me with a smile and instantly made me feel comfortable. We talked about the goals I had for my hair and we reviewed inspiration photos so she could cultivate the best plan for my hair. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable all at the same time. She made great suggestions and gave me plenty of options to choose from as far as color. It is evident that Jacqueline is truly passionate about her career and making people feel good about themselves. She created the look I presented to her in pictures and did so in a way that looked better than the picture I showed her. I have unruly, coarse, and thick hair and she did an outstanding job with it. I was her last appointment of the day at 6:30 PM and even though it took several hours to style my hair (per usual with my hair) she never once rushed and gave me 100% of her expertise throughout my entire experience. She will never know how much that meant to me! She made product recommendations but was not forceful whatsoever which made me want to buy even more. I will tell everyone I know about Jacqueline and this salon. Thank you so much Jacqueline for a spectacular experience!

This place of business is the best place I have been in for years, the staff are wonderful, caring and fun people to be around. They offer you water, not to mention the massage you get while you are getting your hair washed, the shampoo chairs are fabulous, other places I have been to put a strain on your neck, not at Bak4more More. While I was waiting for a conditioning treatment on my hair I was offered a warm towel with a sent to it to relax me. I go to Heather, she is the best hairdresser I have had in years, she listens to what you want as far as hair cut and color and always pleases me. Thank you heather for making me feel like a Queen.

I had never had a consistent stylist before I started coming to see Jacqueline at Bak 4 More. I couldn't imagine someone else cutting my hair now. She is extremely professional and incredibly talented when it comes to both styling and cutting my hair! I don't want to take the spotlight off of Jacqueline for this review but I do think it is also worth noting that the entire staff at Bak 4 More is always very welcoming and friendly.

Last time my hair was done was February of last year right before covd19 changed our world. Ive been to many places in the past and seems like my stylist only wants to do what they want and never listen. Heather is amazing at what she does and she listens! We had an unexpected issue come up while coloring my hair from my previous stylist but she stayed late and fixed it! This is my new go to for my hair! She went above and beyond!

I have been hesitant to try new places bc of bad experiences. I heard of this place, made an appt and went in. I arrived and there was a welcome sign for new customers and my name was on it. Being early, I was prepared to wait, but she took me back as soon as I gave my name. I told her what I was interested in and showed Emily some pictures. What she did FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Brittany is the most talented hair artist I’ve ever met! I have been going to this salon for a few months, seeing a stylist that is no longer with the company. I made an appointment for coloring with Brittany, never having met or spoken with her before. I came in nervous, as I’ve never had a positive coloring experience in any salon, but I immediately felt comfortable with Brittany. We discussed what I wanted, and I let her have creative control over the final product. I have never been more pleased with how my hair looks than I am right now! She surpassed all my expectations as a stylist, and we chatted and laughed and she even blessed me with an “adult lunchable” since it took so long... But every single hour (6 total!!) was worth it. She is an expert stylist, she helped me customize a 4-color palette and did a full fantasy balayage. I feel absolutely incredible after spending the day at Bak 4 More. The atmosphere is fantastic, the employee culture is fun and inviting, and after seeing (many!) satisfied customers throughout the day, I know this is a salon for everyone under the sun. They also offer great deals on professional products, promotions for new & existing customers, and countless other services beyond hair car. Ten out of ten would recommend to everyone! Thank you Brittany, you have honestly changed my life!
